QUALITY OF SUPPLY
Prograin is involved in all aspects of soybean production and we buy the harvested crops of our producers to make sure we get the best quality soybean.
QUALITY OF CONDITIONING
soybeans are graded according to the criteria established by "the Régie des marchés agricoles et alimentaires du Québec".
they are sent to the appropriate storage bin , where they are cleaned by screening before being micronised.
we make sure the humidity level remains constant to obtain an even texture.
QUALITY OF MICRONISING
During cooking, soybean samples are taken every hour. We test these beans for urease content and ajust the micronisers as needed during the cooking process to get optimal results.
QUALITY OF DELIVERY
